TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the contract:
With these general conditions of sale, cumini SRL sells and the CUSTOMER buys remotely movable materials & goods indicated and offered for sale on the site www.cumini.com.
The contract is to be considered closed only through the Internet, and by the CUSTOMER access at www.cumini.com and the creation of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure laid down by www.cumini.it
The Customers undertake to read the present general conditions of sale, prior to confirmation of their order.
ARTICLE 2 -Pre-contractual information for CUSTOMERS - art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER, examines the nature of goods that are described in the individual product data sheets of its personal choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase agreement and before the confirmation of the order with "payment obligation", the CUSTOMER declares to be informed about:
- The total price of the goods inclusive of taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;
- The method of payment;
- The period within which cumini S.R.L. undertakes to deliver the goods
- The conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and make the return;
ARTICLE 3 - Product availability
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the moment when the CUSTOMER places the order. 
This availability must still be deemed to be indicative because, owing to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before confirming the order.
Even after sending the e-mail confirmation of the order sent by cumini SRL, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the commodity. 
In this case, the order will be adjusted automatically with the elimination of the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be notified immediately by e-mail.
If the CUSTOMER requires the cancellation of the order, solving the contract, cumini SRL will reimburse the amount paid within 14 days from the day cumini SRL  became aware of the decision of the customer to terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 4 - Payment
Any payment by the CUSTOMER may only take place by means of the credit cards listed on the site www.cumini.com with Paypal payment method and by cash with direct cash payment to UPS that delivers the products purchased for amounts not exceeding to € 999.99.
If paying by credit card, the actual charge of the order will only take place when the order is confirmed.
Communications relating to payment and data provided by the CUSTOMER exclusively take place on special protected lines. The security of payment by credit card is guaranteed by certification [see which circuits are used]
ARTICLE 5 - Prices
All the selling prices of the products listed on the site www.cumini.com are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT for the Italian and European market (countries including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland , France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) while the wholesale market - the EU prices do not include VAT.
The CUSTOMER accepts the right of cumini S.R.L. to modify its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the site at the time of order confirmation.
In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or of any other nature that may result as a substantial change, not foreseen by cumini SRL, the selling price to the public, that makes exorbitant or clearly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the Client will be refunded within 14 days. from the day of cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 - Duties and taxes
CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility to ensure that the product is legally imported into the country of destination. 
When the CUSTOMER places an order on the site www.cumini.com, the recipient becomes the subject importer and must comply with all the rules and laws of the country of destination. 
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties and taxes in the country of destination. 
The recipient of an international shipment may incurr in taxes, duties and taxes referred to above, which are applied once the package reaches the destination country. 
Any additional customs duties are paid by the recipient; cumini srl  has no control over the prices and can not predict their amount.
ARTICLE 7 - Shipping and deliveries
cumini srl delivers all over the world via UPS. 
In accordance with the international laws of Import / Export, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice which states the total value of goods purchased in Euros. 
The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.
cumini srl  can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment by cumini Srl Monday through Friday 11: 00-05: 30 (CET). 
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for available goods, are subjected to confirmation of availability of goods and verification of transaction banking, are shipped the day after receipt of the order. The amount of transactions made with credit card is charged immediately when the order is processed and following an audit of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, cumini S.r.l. We reserve the right to delay the delivery if the order can not be dispatched for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and balances may be some delays in delivery.
