RETURN POLICY
You can decide to return your order free (except for the period of free shipping) any product purchased on Cumini.com within 14 days from delivery date. Her’s how:

1) send an email to customercare@Cumini.com to request a refund, and the documentation required to prepare the spedition of your return, you will be given all the information and documentation necessary to make the return.
Cumini.com may request, if needed, a photograph of the product to verify its status in order to accept or not accept the return.
2) The product must be returned intact, with Security Tag, in the same condition it was delivered: there must be no sign of wear, stains or damage of any kind, it must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way, and if it were shoes, must not appear marked in any way, soles included.
3) The GUARANTEE TAG should not be in any way manipulated with, broken or cut.
Otherwise, Cumini.com will not accept the return.
4) The product returned should be packed and returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
5) All the other labels of the product, sewn or hung, must necessarily be intact and in no way removed from the article.

If you want to make a change the size, color or item, you must submit the return procedure and make a new order on the site Cumini.com
You can send your return only by the country in which you made your order.
If your return does not satisfy the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be made. Returns will be accepted when the refund will be made and you will receive a confirmation email.
If it is in any case made it a leader not previously accepted for the reasons explained above, the repayment will be deducted an amount equal to 10% of the expenditure incurred in the event that the return itself is still accepted.

SHIPPING FEES
The transport costs for the return of the products are borne by Cumini.com who will take charge of the return shipment at no cost to the customer; except for the periods of free shipping, in which the costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer, so in this period Cumini.com will pay shipping fees only in the case of returns for defective or shipping errors .

REFUNDS
Usually we work and we accept return within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. In peak times it can take up to 7 working days. Immediately after the acceptance we will require repayment and send you an e-mail confirmation.
The repayment time will vary depending on the chosen payment method:
Credit Card: our bank will refund within 7 working days from the email Confirm Acceptance return. The time required to a refund to your account depends on the type of credit card used.
PayPal: refunds will be visible from your PayPal account within 24 hours by e-mail Confirm Acceptance return.

RETURN AND RECESS
If, when recived the goods, the customer is not satisfied Cumini Tre s.r.lIt allows you to cancel or return the item purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Cumini Tre s.r.l it will not accept exchanges or returns of used clothing or damaged (unless it is a manufacturing defect). It is not allowed to change the model, color and size. To exchange an item with another, you will need to return it for a refund and then make a new purchase.
