SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Cumini srl delivers all over the world via DHL. 
In accordance with the international laws of Import / Export, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice which states the total value of goods purchased in Euros. 
The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.
Cumini s.r.l. can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment by Cumini S.r.l. from monday through friday 11: 00-05: 30 (CET). 
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for available goods, are subjected to confirmation of availability of goods and verification of transaction banking, are shipped the day after receipt of the order. The amount of transactions made with credit card is charged immediately when the order is processed and following an audit of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, Cumini S.r.l. reserve the right to delay the delivery if the order can not be dispatched for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales may be some delays in delivery.
If for any reason, an order is not delivered to the address of the customer for the lack of cooperation by the customer itself (incorrect phone number, wrong address, address absent, non-compliance of imports) as trade agreements, the package may be sent back to Italy at the expense of the customer itself, including the import taxes. 
These charges will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Deliveries are made in the office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding  holidays. The courier will make two attempts to deliver; after the third, the order will return in our warehouse.
All orders are processed automatically and we're not able to change the shipping and delivery times.

CAN I CHOOSE DAY AND / OR DELIVERY TIME?
Unfortunately no, you can not choose specific day and time. For shipments to Italy via DHL ODD service (delivery on request) you can choose the alternative delivery mode. Visit www.dhl.com or write a mail to our customercare.
