Shipping Costs

ITALY

• Shipping: €10.00
• Free for orders over €200.00
• Returns are NOT free and are at the customer’s expense

EUROPE

• Shipping: €20.00
• Free for orders over €500.00
• Returns are NOT free

Cumini ships within Italy and to European Union member countries via DHL Express courier.
All items are carefully packaged.

A copy of the order will be included inside the package, showing prices and any applied discounts (including sale items).

Order Fulfillment

All correctly completed and paid orders are processed within two business days.
Shipments depart from Cumini headquarters (Italy) from Monday to Friday, between 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting from the following Tuesday.

Shipment Tracking

Cumini provides a fully trackable shipping service.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the DHL tracking number, allowing real-time monitoring of the delivery status.

Delivery Conditions

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Inspect the package before signing

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, the customer may:
✔ sign with reservation
✔ or refuse the delivery

• Report any issues immediately to DHL and to Cumini Customer Service via email

If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:
👉 all return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the package will be returned to Cumini at the customer’s expense.
In this case as well, such costs will be deducted from any refund.
