TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

Products purchased on Cumini are sold directly by Cumini, an Italian company with registered office at Via San Daniele 3, VAT number 02431790308.

The offer and sale of products on the Cumini website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which may be updated at any time.
The conditions published on the website at the time of checkout are valid and binding, and are fully accepted by the Customer when completing the purchase.

Customers are invited to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

2. Purchasing Procedure

Each product is accompanied by a product page containing images, essential characteristics (e.g. color, size), unit price, and any additional details.

Images may not perfectly reflect the actual colors of the product due to browser or monitor settings.
Cumini is not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from such technical factors.

3. Product Availability

Available products and their prices are indicated on the Cumini website.

If a product is unavailable, the corresponding size will not be displayed.

In the case of simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed; in such cases, a cancellation email will be sent.

Cumini reserves the right to modify the assortment and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros and include all applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are displayed before payment.

5. Orders

Placing an Order

Submitting an order implies:

full and unconditional acceptance of them

Orders may be placed by registering and/or creating a Customer account.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to read the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

To make a purchase, the Customer must be of legal age and act exclusively for personal use.
Resale and/or distribution of purchased products is prohibited.

Cumini reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders and may notify the Customer by email if an order cannot be processed.

Order Confirmation

After completing the purchase, the Customer will receive an email containing:

order confirmation
summary of purchased products
total amount paid
details of shipping costs

Payment Methods

Cumini accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Postepay, prepaid cards)
Klarna (where available)

6. Shipping Methods

General Information

Shipping methods are displayed before order confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless specific thresholds or promotions apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipments are handled by DHL Express.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

Standard costs:

Italy: €10.00
– Free shipping for orders over €200.00
Europe: €20.00
– Free shipping for orders over €500.00

Any promotions or exceptions will be communicated on the website.

Delivery Areas

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible.

7. Acceptance of Conditions

By placing an order, the Customer declares:
